Johari Montessori School

At Johari Montessori, we teach students skills they need to transform themselves, others, and our global communities.

Learning Begins With Us

We, at Johari Montessori School offer supportive and inspirational environments for young enquiring minds to learn and grow with us. Our passion for learning means we achieve more than outstanding results. We strive to build confident and creative thinkers and aim at delivering an education that is truly relevant to their future.

We are an early learning institution focused on social-emotional development and early literacy and numeracy. We firmly believe that the best way for a child to thrive is to empower that child by creating an environment filled with exciting possibilities to learn through all five senses.

Curriculum Overview

A Commitment to Excellence

The Montessori curriculum is based on self-directed activity hands-on keeping and collaborative play.

Johari Montessori School aims at offering your child a broad and balanced curriculum that provides rewarding and stimulating activities to prepare them for the best social and cultural life.

Whether it is our books or hands-on training, we make sure each child gets personal attention to cope up and flourish in every subject for better scores and a brighter future.

Our Focus Areas

Practical Life

These are activities of everyday lifeskills. The child observes the activities and gains knowledge through real-life experiences. These help to bridge the gap between home and school. The indirect aim of these activities is to develop a sense of order coordination, independence and concentration.

Sensorial

This area of learning aims to develop, broden and refine the child's senses; seeing, hearing, touching, tasting and smelling.

Language

Is introduced phonetically in a Montessori classroom. Initial alphabet sounds are first introduced through sandpaper letters and matching objects.

Mathematics

We used hands-on material to provide the child with a simple and clear understanding of mathematical concepts, such as sandpaper numerals, numbers rods and counters.

Culture

Focus on allowing your child to experience their place in the world and gain an appreciation and respect for differences.

Our Co-curricular Activities

Empowering the child through sporty activities with the freedom to choose the one they like and wish to take up as they discover themselves.
